I want one...
I have ALWAYS been a big breakfast person, I love going out to or making big breakfasts. Ever since we had Aebleskivers in Solvang I have been wanting to make them. I discovered that Williams Sonoma makes this beauty and I can't wait to have one of my very own. I love getting new kitchen tools & gadgets. They {Williams Sonoma} suggests making them filled but I don't believe that is the traditional Danish way and they are just as delish without a filling.
Anyone for aebleskivers?

my grandma gave one of those pans to my dad cause he used to love them as a kid, but when he tried to make them it was a big disaster. so once you get it down will you let me know how you do it! i also agree with the no filling. they're really yummy.
we just pulled my mom's out the other day while we were unpacking saying that we needed to make them. oh & by the way, i tagged you on my blog. so go read up on what to do..:):)
I've never had one, but they sound good. I'm a big breakfast eater too. I love getting up Sunday mornings and making a big breakfast. It's my favorite.
I JUST got one of these for my birthday and it's so fun. I'm not great at it yet but I will be someday. I know you would be a whiz right off.
Are you still staying in your same house now that Clint is gone?
